Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager in Al Futtaim Group’s Corporate Division will lead Financial Planning & Analysis and act as a finance business partner. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, cost allocations and delivering performance insights to support data‑driven decisions across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting process, consolidate divisional inputs and ensure alignment with Group strategic targets.
• Deliver timely monthly management reporting, variance analysis and commentary, and publish dashboards for CFO/CTO.
• Prepare bi‑weekly cash‑flow forecasts, analyse variances and align cash requirements with business plans.
• Analyse cost drivers and profitability, drive cost optimisation and margin improvement initiatives.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement of planning and reporting using SAP, Power BI and data platforms.
• Act as a trusted finance business partner, translate financial data into actionable insights and support leadership decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; professional qualification (CA/CPA/CIMA/ACCA) preferred.
• 5‑8 years of experience in financial control, management reporting and FP&A.
• Strong accounting, analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
