Fire & Safety Projects Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead fire and safety projects across multiple sites in the UAE. The role involves overseeing installation, testing and maintenance of fire protection systems while ensuring strict compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise site teams during installation, testing and maintenance of fire and safety systems.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress and ensure timely project execution.
• Conduct daily site inspections to verify quality and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers and contractors to resolve on‑site issues.
• Maintain accurate records of manpower, work progress and daily reports.
• Ensure adherence to NFPA, civil defence and local fire authority standards.
• Train and guide technicians on proper safety and work procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Supervisor in fire & safety or MEP projects.
• Strong knowledge of fire protection and alarm systems.
• Ability to manage manpower and handle multiple tasks.
• Good leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Physically fit and willing to work on‑site.

Required skills

• Fire protection system installation and maintenance.
• Fire alarm system configuration and testing.
• Knowledge of NFPA standards and civil defence regulations.
• Integrated fire safety systems (pumps, sprinklers, BMS).
