First Officer – Global 8000 (Dubai)

About the role

ExecuJet Middle East is seeking a qualified First Officer for the Global 8000 aircraft, based in Dubai, UAE. The role involves supporting the Pilot‑in‑Command in safe and efficient flight operations for corporate and business aviation customers.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with the Pilot‑in‑Command and passengers when aircraft defects or operational issues arise.
• Operate the aircraft in accordance with the ExecuJet Middle East Private Operations Manual, SOPs and applicable civil aviation regulations.
• Assist the PIC with pre‑flight paperwork, airworthiness checks and safety briefings.
• Monitor navigation, terrain clearance and aircraft performance throughout the flight.
• Ensure passenger documentation is correct and provide briefings on flight details when delegated.
• Report any faults, incidents or safety concerns through the proper channels.
• Maintain compliance with flight‑time limitations, rest requirements and crew resource management standards.

Required profile

• ATPL with a current Global 8000 type rating.
• Minimum 1,500 total flight hours, including 1,000 h multi‑engine, 500 h jet, and 200 h on type.
• Experience in corporate/business aviation.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages advantageous.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
