Fit-Out Designer

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Fit‑Out Designer to join our Dubai team. You will translate client visions into functional interior spaces, overseeing the design process from concept through execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative space‑planning concepts and interior fit‑out designs.
• Create concept designs, mood boards and presentation material for client approval.
• Produce detailed design drawings, layouts and technical documentation using industry‑standard software.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E).
• Ensure designs comply with UAE building codes, safety standards and client specifications.
• Attend client meetings, present proposals and incorporate feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in interior fit‑out design, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture and construction detailing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
