Fit-Out & Joinery Site Engineer / Foreman

About the role

United Al Saqer Group is seeking a Fit‑Out/Joinery Site Engineer (Foreman) to lead on high‑profile carpentry and interior projects. You will act as the main technical liaison on‑site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Report to the Project Manager and coordinate communications among production, site teams, contractors and clients.
• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations, supervising labour and sub‑contractors.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and security guidelines.
• Control quality of work, monitor material releases and maintain accurate site records.
• Prepare and update project schedules, manage MEP, civil, joinery and interior fit‑out works.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction sector.
• Engineering diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
