Fit-Out Project Manager – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Fit‑Out Project Manager to lead the full delivery cycle of interior fit‑out projects across Dubai. This hands‑on role combines commercial acumen with deep knowledge of the UAE construction market, overseeing projects from opportunity identification through to final handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead fit‑out projects from commercial opportunity to completion and handover.
• Review project requirements, scope, drawings, specifications and commercial parameters before mobilisation.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, designers, suppliers and subcontractors to define delivery plans.
• Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, procurement schedules and resource plans.
• Control project costs, variations, valuations and subcontractor payments.
• Coordinate procurement of materials, finishes, equipment and specialist subcontractors.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to meet programme and specification targets.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, delays and cost issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead regular project meetings and provide progress updates to senior management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, HSE requirements and industry standards.
• Support business development with technical and commercial input during tenders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, with substantial exposure to the UAE fit‑out market.
• Proven track record delivering commercial interior fit‑out projects to high quality, schedule and budget standards.
• Experience with high‑end retail, showrooms, hospitality, offices or F&B interiors is highly desirable.
