Fit-out Site Engineer & Junior Project Manager – Dubai

About the role

Turnkey Renovations is seeking a proactive Fit-out Site Engineer / Junior Project Manager to oversee day‑to‑day site activities and support project coordination across residential and commercial renovation projects in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations ensuring work aligns with drawings.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, site teams and clients to meet project schedules.
• Monitor timelines, track material deliveries and manage site logistics.
• Review technical drawings, identify discrepancies and communicate issues.
• Conduct quality checks on finishing works and resolve snags promptly.
• Assist with project scheduling, progress reporting and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• G+1 certification with Dubai Municipality.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Site Engineer in the UAE fit‑out industry.
• UAE driving licence and own vehicle.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishes and Dubai building regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
