FIT & Travel Consultant – UAE

About the role

The FIT Consultant will handle enquiries, prepare accurate quotations and confirm bookings for Fully Independent Travelers. The role demands strong product knowledge, speed, attention to detail and the ability to convert enquiries into profitable bookings using the tour booking system.

Key responsibilities

• Quote and confirm FIT enquiries accurately and efficiently using the tour booking system.
• Market and sell international tours and holidays across USA, Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa and Australasia.
• Promote and sell inbound UAE tours, activities, visas, transportation and hotel services.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end travel services including airlines, hotels, insurance, cruises, tours and activities.
• Maintain timely responses to client enquiries while respecting budgets and preferences.
• Ensure accuracy in all reservations, bookings and related documentation.
• Build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships.
• Achieve KPI, profit‑margin and CRM targets as directed by management.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of outbound international tourism products and inbound UAE tourism services.
• Experience handling VIP or luxury travel clients (advantage).
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Degree in Travel and Tourism or relevant industry experience preferred.
• High attention to detail with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a tour booking system.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and standard operating procedures.
