About the role
Minar Holdings is looking for a detail‑oriented Fleet Operations Coordinator to join its Abu Dhabi team. The role focuses on coordinating daily fleet activities, handling customs clearance documentation, and supporting overall operational efficiency. The successful candidate will work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth transportation processes.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily fleet operations and transportation activities.
- Prepare and manage UAE customs clearance documentation and procedures.
- Monitor fleet schedules, track vehicle availability and support operational efficiency.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
Required profile
- Proven experience in UAE customs clearance (mandatory).
- Currently residing in the UAE and available to start immediately.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
