Fleet Support Agent (Driver)

About the role

The Fleet Support Agent (Driver) is responsible for safely transporting shipments across the UAE while adhering to service level agreements and company protocols. The role requires real‑time updates of proof of delivery and cash collections, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Transport units safely following packing guidelines and verify condition of goods against the customer slip.
• Collect cash for non‑wage (NW) jobs and hand over to supervisor at day end.
• Follow the daily route plan, obtain delivery acknowledgements in real time and update the LS5 system.
• Upload signed PODs to LS5 upon job completion and generate day‑end collection reports.
• Maintain the vehicle in good condition and comply with road rules and safety guidelines.
• Provide timely collections and deliveries for VIP customers.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education certificate.
• At least 1 year experience in logistics or transportation operations.
• Valid UAE driving licence with a minimum of 2 years driving experience.
• Good communication skills in English and Indian languages; Arabic is a plus.
• Familiarity with UAE routes and ability to judge traffic conditions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using LS5 system for POD upload and reporting.
• Ability to verify units, capture information and report discrepancies.
