About the role
The Flight Operations & Training Coordinator will oversee staffing, flight clearance, map handling, logistics and maintenance requirements for operational, ground and flight testing and demonstration activities in Abu Dhabi.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate staffing, flight clearance, maps, logistics and maintenance requirements for operational, ground and flight testing and demonstration activities.
- Gather, maintain and report operations performance data and provide accurate performance reports.
- Maintain pilot and technician training records for quality assurance and monitoring purposes.
- Coordinate, monitor and report status of operational equipment such as ground control systems to ensure maximum availability.
- Plan operations staff allocation and assist senior operations officers in compiling and disseminating operations plans.
- Assist in loading operating area maps and support senior officers and PICs in obtaining necessary maps.
- Perform other duties as assigned by ADASI Management to support various operations groups.
