Food and Beverage Associate

About the role

The Food and Beverage Associate at Miral is responsible for delivering a memorable dining experience to guests in Abu Dhabi. You will guide guests through menu selections, ensure a clean and safe environment, and uphold the company’s hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and present menus according to standard operating procedures.
• Answer guest inquiries about menu items, suggest food and beverage pairings, and upsell drinks.
• Relay orders accurately to the kitchen and serve courses in the correct sequence.
• Maintain grooming standards, dress code, and personal presentation at all times.
• Execute restaurant opening and closing procedures, including hygiene and safety checks.
• Comply with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations and report any concerns.
• Handle guest complaints courteously and apply recovery solutions as per policy.
• Participate in emergency drills and follow evacuation procedures when required.
• Promote Miral experiences and represent the brand positively.
