Key responsibilities

• Delight guests with a friendly, proactive approach and anticipate their needs.
• Plan, organize and execute events such as breakfasts, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions and galas.
• Oversee function‑room setup, ensuring linens, silverware, glassware and chinaware meet specifications.
• Communicate event details and updates to all relevant F&B teams.
• Manage event breakdown and proper storage of equipment for subsequent functions.
• Supervise the F&B team, handling scheduling, coaching, performance recognition and daily oversight.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
