Food & Beverage Attendant – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Join the InterContinental Abu Dhabi team as a Food & Beverage Attendant, delivering warm hospitality and seamless dining experiences for guests. You will work closely with the wider F&B team to uphold the high standards of service and cleanliness expected at a luxury hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, assist with seating, and take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Provide menu information, promote specials, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Set up and maintain tables, service areas, and restaurant equipment according to standards.
• Keep the dining area clean, organized, and presentable throughout the shift.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and handle feedback professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and other F&B colleagues to ensure smooth service.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and responsible service procedures.
• Support opening and closing duties and assist with special events as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a food‑and‑beverage service role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest‑focused attitude.
• Professional appearance, grooming standards, and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment and as part of a diverse team.
