About the role
The Food & Beverage Attendant is the first point of contact for guests in the resort’s dining venues. Acting as a Hospitality Ambassador, you will deliver prompt, courteous service and help create memorable experiences that drive guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Work collaboratively across all departments to ensure the timely and efficient operation of food and beverage outlets.
- Maintain complete knowledge of menus, beverages, services and facilities offered by the resort.
- Ensure a safe, clean and hygienic work environment at all times.
- Uphold guests’ privacy rights and deliver service that exceeds their expectations.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- Previous experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations.
- Passion for delivering excellent service.
- Strong team‑player attitude.
- Fluent English communication skills.
