Food & Beverage Attendant – Banqueting & Conventions

About the role

Join the award‑winning Food and Beverage team at Atlantis The Palm Dubai as a Banqueting and Conventions Attendant. You will support waitstaff in delivering a first‑class dining experience for guests attending events, banquets and conventions across the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Assist waiters in serving guests and ensure timely, accurate delivery of food and beverages.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and service teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Uphold strict sanitation and safety standards throughout the service area.
• Maintain full knowledge of the food menu and communicate any special requirements.
• Support set‑up and breakdown of banquet spaces as required.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a similar food‑and‑beverage role within an international luxury hotel.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.
• Team‑player who can manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Confidence in dealing with a diverse, high‑end clientele.
