About the role
The Food & Beverage Attendant is the front‑line hospitality ambassador at Anantara Downtown Dubai, delivering prompt and courteous service to guests across all food and beverage outlets. You will play a key part in creating memorable experiences that drive guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, beverages, and resort facilities.
- Collaborate with team members across all departments to ensure smooth outlet operations.
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards in all work areas.
- Respect guest privacy and handle any concerns with discretion.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations.
- Passion for delivering excellent service.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude.
- Fluent in English.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
- Ability to follow hygiene and safety protocols.
