Food & Beverage Attendant – Dubai

About the role

Join NH Collection Dubai The Palm as a Food & Beverage Attendant and help create memorable moments for guests. You will deliver friendly, professional service in a dynamic hotel environment, ensuring high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly.
• Present menus, take orders accurately and provide recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages promptly with correct presentation.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, ingredients, promotions and products.
• Promote menu items and support upselling opportunities.
• Prepare and clean tables and service areas before, during and after service.
• Process guest bills and payments accurately.
• Communicate guest feedback and special requests to supervisors.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, stewarding and other team members.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, health and safety procedures at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food & beverage, restaurant, bar or hospitality environment (preferred).
• Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest service.
• Friendly, positive and professional attitude.
• Good communication skills.
