Food & Beverage Attendant – Dubai The Palm

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendant to join the team at NH Collection Dubai The Palm. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will deliver friendly, professional service to guests, ensuring memorable dining experiences in line with the hotel’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly, presenting menus and taking accurate orders.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct presentation and adherence to hotel standards.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of menus, ingredients, promotions and upselling opportunities.
• Prepare and reset tables and service areas before, during and after service.
• Process guest bills and payments accurately following hotel procedures.
• Communicate guest feedback, special requests and concerns to supervisors or managers.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, stewarding and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, health and safety regulations at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and other operational tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a food‑and‑beverage, restaurant, bar or hospitality setting (preferred).
• Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest service.
• Friendly, positive and professional attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
