Food & Beverage Attendant – In‑Room Dining

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendant to join our In‑Room Dining team at NH Collection Dubai The Palm. You will deliver friendly, professional service to guests, ensuring high standards of hospitality and satisfaction throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Present menus, take orders accurately and provide recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages promptly with correct presentation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of menus, ingredients, promotions and products.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond to requests and promote upselling opportunities.
• Prepare and tidy tables and service areas before, during and after service.
• Process bills and payments accurately according to hotel procedures.
• Communicate guest feedback and special requests to supervisors.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, stewarding and other team members for smooth operations.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, health and safety standards at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food & beverage, restaurant, bar or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest service.
• Friendly, positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
