Food & Beverage Revenue Analyst – Dubai Festival City

About the role

The Food & Beverage Revenue Analyst will support the InterContinental Hotels Group portfolio at Dubai Festival City by optimizing revenue streams across restaurants, bars, and catering events. You will work closely with the Revenue and F&B Directors to drive financial performance and enhance guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize hotel F&B revenue streams and benchmark performance against competing outlets.
• Analyse daily F&B activity, assess impact on overall hotel sales, and identify growth opportunities.
• Track and compare actual performance to budget and forecast, flagging risks and missed opportunities.
• Monitor core KPIs such as average check, covers, RevPASH, and seat utilisation.
• Contribute to budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting for all F&B outlets and catering events.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in revenue analysis or related hospitality finance roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
