Food & Beverage Runner – Private Members Club

About the role

The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi is seeking an energetic, service‑focused Food & Beverage Runner. You will play a vital part in delivering seamless dining experiences for members and guests by linking the culinary and service teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage orders promptly and accurately from preparation areas to tables or service points.
• Verify each order for accuracy, presentation, and completeness before delivery.
• Coordinate closely with culinary, bar, and service teams to maintain an efficient flow of service.
• Assist waitstaff with table preparation, clearing, resetting, and other service requirements.
• Maintain awareness of menu items, ingredients, allergens, and table numbers to ensure accurate service.
• Anticipate operational needs and respond quickly during busy periods.
• Keep service stations, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and club procedures at all times.

Required profile

• Relevant hospitality or food & beverage training preferred.
• 1–2 years of food & beverage or restaurant service experience, ideally in a private members club, luxury dining, or premium hospitality environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and presentation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
