About the role

The Guest Service Expert in Food & Beverage at The Ritz‑Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal delivers memorable dining experiences, ensuring each guest receives attentive, professional service from seating through to the final bill.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables according to service standards.
• Communicate orders accurately to the kitchen and coordinate with team members.
• Serve food and beverages, attend to guest requests, and handle transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tables, and service stations.
• Adhere to safety protocols, uniform standards, and company policies.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided and 50 lb with assistance, and moving across varied surfaces.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related Food & Beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
• Capability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects as described.

Required skills

• Ability to read menus and verify information visually.
• Basic math skills for handling guest transactions.
• Clear communication and teamwork.
