About the role
Join W Hotels in Dubai as a Food & Beverage Service Expert, delivering memorable dining experiences for guests. You will be the front‑line ambassador, ensuring every meal is served with professionalism and a smile.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and clear tables, maintaining a clean and inviting dining environment.
- Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate service flow.
- Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle billing transactions.
- Maintain hygiene standards by cleaning work areas and supplies throughout the shift.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
