Food & Beverage Service Internship

About the role

Join Rosewood Abu Dhabi’s Food & Beverage team as an intern and gain hands‑on experience in a luxury hospitality setting. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and seasoned professionals to deliver memorable dining experiences to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service in line with Rosewood’s standards.
• Take guest orders accurately, provide menu recommendations and use suggestive selling techniques.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring quality presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and presentation standards throughout the restaurant.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally to ensure a personalized experience.

Required profile

• Currently studying hospitality or a related field, or eager to start a career in hospitality.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding guest service.
• Strong team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
