Food & Beverage Supervisor – In‑Room Dining & All Day Dining

About the role

We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our In‑Room Dining and All Day Dining outlets at Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences while managing a dedicated team in a 5‑star resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and allocate resources to meet service demands.
• Manage, mentor and train the F&B team.
• Supervise daily operations, delegate duties and uphold brand standards.
• Review house counts, forecasts and VIP lists and communicate updates across outlets.
• Liaise with the kitchen to guarantee food quality and visual appeal.
• Monitor guest feedback and drive improvements to satisfaction scores.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or Food & Beverage.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant service, in‑room dining and à‑la‑carte operations.
• Passion for food and beverage and a focused, proactive attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
