Food & Beverage Supervisor – Lobby Lounge

About the role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will lead the Lobby Lounge team at Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai. You will be responsible for delivering a seamless, high‑quality service experience during your shift, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and delighted.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Lobby Lounge, monitoring service standards, food quality and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain health, safety and sanitation compliance.
• Explain the outlet’s concept and menu offerings to guests and team members.
• Handle guest inquiries, VIP requirements and resolve complaints promptly, escalating serious issues to management.
• Support the Outlet Manager with POS accuracy, stock control and identifying service improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months (2 years) of experience in food‑and‑beverage service, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
