Food & Beverage Supervisor – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join a leading luxury hotel brand in Ras Al Khaimah as a Food & Beverage Supervisor. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences in a vibrant, all‑inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and maintain high standards of guest satisfaction.
• Lead, guide, and monitor wait staff, including side duties and performance.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and enquiries professionally.
• Drive sales through upselling and identifying additional guest needs.
• Ensure food and beverage quality, cleanliness, safety, and compliance with operating standards.
• Conduct pre‑shift briefings and coordinate with Kitchen, Bar, Housekeeping, and Stewarding teams.
• Monitor mise‑en‑place, equipment, par stocks, inventory, maintenance, and restaurant presentation.
• Assist in staff scheduling, roster preparation, timesheet submission, and manpower planning.
• Conduct employee training, performance appraisals, coaching, and talent development.
• Maintain operational records, including logbooks, incident reports, and lost & found.
• Support promotional activities, update operational manuals, and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Perform inventory management and other duties assigned by Food & Beverage management.

Required profile

• Ability to work on‑site in Ras Al Khaimah on a full‑time basis.
