Food & Beverage Supervisor – Mina Brasserie

About the role

We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the daily operations of Mina Brasserie at Four Seasons Dubai DIFC. The role combines guest‑focused service with staff leadership in a luxury boutique hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation, including customer service and staff supervision.
• Maintain quality standards for food and beverages to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Train and mentor staff to improve performance.
• Manage inventory and control costs for efficient resource utilization.
• Ensure health and safety compliance with regulations.

Required profile

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in a prestigious hotel and in a supervisory role.
• Ability to motivate and supervise the team.
• Flexibility with shifts and working hours.
• Complaint handling skills and eye for detail.
