About the role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will oversee daily operations at Swissotel Al Ghurair’s restaurant, ensuring service standards are met and guests receive a memorable experience. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will lead a team, maintain cleanliness, and uphold the brand’s reputation for quality hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in driving sales and minimizing waste.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the wine list and beverage offerings.
• Organise the dining area for service and ensure it remains spotless.
• Enforce uniform standards and personal grooming for yourself and the team.
• Foster strong teamwork and communication among staff.
• Apply established service procedures and ensure correct dish presentation.
• Guarantee the safety and well‑being of guests and staff in your section.
• Provide clear feedback and recommendations to the Restaurant Manager.
• Participate in all required meetings, cross‑training, and departmental trainings.
