About the role
MultiBank Group, a global financial services firm headquartered in Dubai, is looking for an experienced Forex Account Manager to drive client acquisition, manage relationships and promote its FX trading solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, target and acquire new Forex trading clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Provide product advisory on Forex instruments, platforms and market opportunities.
- Deliver sales presentations and platform demonstrations to prospects.
- Educate clients on trading risks and support development of risk‑management strategies.
- Monitor global economic events and market trends to offer timely insights.
- Achieve sales targets and report on performance regularly.
- Collaborate with research, marketing, support and compliance teams to enhance client experience.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field (Forex certifications a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in Forex, financial services or trading platforms.
