Forklift Operator

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Forklift Operator to join our Engineering Cluster warehouse team in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves safely moving raw materials, finished goods and pallets throughout the facility while supporting loading, unloading and inventory activities.

Key responsibilities

• Operate forklifts in compliance with company policies and safety regulations, performing daily pre‑operation inspections.
• Load and unload materials from trucks, containers and storage locations, verifying quantities and labels.
• Transport raw materials, finished goods and pallets to designated areas, following FIFO/FEFO procedures.
• Stack and arrange materials to maximize storage space and prevent damage.
• Assist with receiving and dispatch activities and support inventory counts.
• Report equipment defects, accidents or safety hazards immediately.

Required profile

• Valid UAE forklift driving license or equivalent certification as required by local regulations.
• Experience in a similar forklift operating role, preferably within a production or warehouse environment.
• Physical fitness to work in warehouse and outdoor settings.

Required skills

• Forklift operation and maintenance knowledge.
• Warehouse safety practices.
• Ability to read labels, delivery documents and inventory records.
