Forward Deployed Engineer – AI Platform

About the role

Happy Robot 3D is looking for a versatile Forward Deployed Engineer to join its AI platform team in the United Arab Emirates. You will work directly with enterprise customers, helping them adopt, integrate, and optimise AI‑driven solutions while contributing to product innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through onboarding, implementation and ongoing usage of the AI platform.
• Develop new features, MVPs and scalable full‑stack applications that address customer needs.
• Design, implement and iterate AI/ML solutions, including LLM prompting, voice tuning and transcription services.
• Manage API integrations with third‑party systems to ensure seamless functionality.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Prioritise and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.

Required profile

• Strong technical background with experience building full‑stack applications.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
• Willingness to iterate quickly based on feedback.
