Forward Deployed Software Engineer

About the role

Palantir is looking for a Forward Deployed Software Engineer to work directly with customers in Dubai, helping them solve critical, data‑driven problems. You will join small, autonomous teams that design, build, and deploy custom solutions on Palantir’s platforms, gaining exposure to high‑impact industries.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand complex business questions and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and implement end‑to‑end features, including data pipelines, custom web applications, and integration components.
• Architect system components, wrangle massive‑scale data, and ensure performance and reliability.
• Communicate progress and findings with client executives and guide strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Strong engineering background, typically with a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields.
• 1+ years of post‑college professional experience in software development.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for solving business problems using data.
• Willingness to travel to client sites (approximately 25‑50% of the time).
