Forward Logistics Associate – Middle East

About the role

Anduril Industries is seeking a Forward Logistics Associate to provide on‑the‑ground logistics support for its hardware and software systems across the Middle East and Africa. Deployed to U.S. military installations, you will act as the in‑theater logistics owner, ensuring mission‑critical equipment reaches the right place at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate movement of Anduril hardware, spares and personnel between main operating bases and forward operating bases.
• Arrange intra‑theater transport using military airlift, rotary‑wing assets, ground convoys and contracted carriers.
• Work directly with uniformed military movement control teams (e.g., Air Mobility Command, TMO/JMO, SDDC, A4/G4, Battalion S‑4) to schedule lifts and secure manifest space.
• Serve as the on‑site point of contact for all logistics activities, including inventory tracking, spare parts accountability and asset flow.
• Support site installation, maintenance, repairs and sustainment of Anduril equipment in austere environments.

Required profile

• Hands‑on logistician comfortable operating in austere, high‑stakes environments.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and resilience to execute “white‑glove” logistics where there are no second chances.
• Willingness to collaborate closely with uniformed military personnel and government representatives.
