Founder's Assistant – Dubai (International Travel)

About the role

This is a high‑impact assistant position supporting a successful British entrepreneur based in Dubai. You will work closely with the founder, travel across Europe, EMEA and North America, and contribute to fast‑growing ventures in fintech, proptech, AI, wealth management and precious metals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide trusted business and occasional personal support to the founder.
• Travel internationally with the team on a regular basis, staying in premium accommodation.
• Manage fast‑moving diaries, priorities and multiple projects.
• Liaise with investors, senior management, lawyers, accountants and family offices.
• Build websites, marketing content and financial models using AI tools.
• Research investment opportunities and help execute ideas quickly.
• Handle highly confidential information with total discretion.

Required profile

• Graduate calibre, preferably a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Marketing or Technology.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a fast‑paced entrepreneurial, consulting or similar environment.
• Native‑level English with excellent written and spoken communication.
• Highly organised, flexible, resilient and comfortable working without strict structure.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally without restrictions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
• Experience using productivity platforms.
• Website development skills.
• Financial modeling ability.
