Founding Designer

About the role

We are looking for a founding designer to shape the creative direction of a modest‑fashion brand from the ground up. The role is remote, equity‑based and ideal for recent fashion graduates or entry‑level designers who are UAE residents and share a passion for sustainable, contemporary silhouettes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concept sketches and complete technical drawings for upcoming collections.
• Oversee garment construction, fabric selection and sample making.
• Collaborate with co‑founders on product strategy, operations and marketing.
• Drive the brand’s sustainable‑fabric initiatives and modest‑wear aesthetic.
• Maintain design archives and documentation for production.

Required profile

• Recent fashion graduate or entry‑level designer with a strong portfolio.
• Current UAE resident.
• Genuine interest in modest fashion and sustainable materials.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to build an early‑stage startup.
