FP&A Manager – Real Estate & Contracting

About the role

The FP&A Manager is pivotal in driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting for regional operations. Based in Dubai, the role involves contributing to building budgets and quarterly forecasts, enabling performance insights, and supporting senior leadership in data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly Flash Performance Reports and Financial & Business Review packs for senior leadership.
• Gather collection and payment insights, manage monthly cash‑flow uploads into Anaplan, and handle ad‑hoc reporting requests.
• Engage with business and functional heads to build the annual budget and 3‑year financial plan, uploading data into SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Conduct monthly variance analysis for each line of business, recommending adjustments and highlighting cost overruns.
• Participate in cash‑forecast meetings, support HR with manpower cost reporting, and ensure compliance with group reporting requirements.
• Identify automation opportunities, attend AI training, and implement efficiency improvements.

Required profile

• Professional finance or accounting qualification (e.g., CA, ACCA, CFA).
• 3‑5 years of experience in FP&A or similar role, preferably within the contracting industry.
• Experience with ERP financial systems such as SAP and SAP Analytics Cloud is advantageous.
• Regional work experience is a plus.
