About the role

Development Central is a mobile app that links qualified teachers with parents across the UAE for private 1:1 tutoring. As a freelance education teacher you will deliver high‑quality lessons, either online or in‑person, and help learners achieve their academic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct online and/or face‑to‑face tutoring sessions in your subject area.
• Create engaging, interactive learning materials tailored to each learner.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to support learner progress.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages participation.
• Stay current with developments in your subject and teaching methodologies.
• Collaborate with the Development Central team to improve the platform experience.

Required profile

• Relevant qualifications and certifications in the subject you wish to teach.
• Proven teaching experience with a strong track record of success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport with learners.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, organized and able to manage your own schedule.
• Possession of a Private Tutor Permit from MOHRE.

Required skills

• Proficiency with online teaching tools and platforms.
