About the role
We are looking for premium or luxury brand shoppers who are passionate about sharing their opinions on in‑store experiences. As a CXG Evaluator you will discreetly assess luxury stores and provide feedback to help brands improve their service.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brands in stores such as cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches or cars.
- Provide detailed feedback on the shopping experience to support brand service excellence.
Required profile
- Keen attention to detail.
- Passion for luxury retail and customer experience.
- Punctual and organized.
