Freelance Senior Exhibition Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Freelance Senior Exhibition Project Manager to lead large‑scale exhibition projects across the UAE. The role is project‑based and requires immediate availability to manage end‑to‑end delivery for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage large‑scale exhibition projects from concept through handover.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, technical and production teams, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Control project schedules, budgets, costing and cost‑control processes.
• Oversee production and fabrication activities and ensure technical drawings meet requirements.
• Direct site installation, build‑up, execution, dismantling and final handover.
• Resolve stakeholder issues and on‑site challenges to keep projects on time and within quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of relevant project‑management experience.
• Hands‑on experience delivering large‑scale exhibitions in the UAE.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, suppliers, subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and high‑pressure environments.
• Freelance or project‑based availability.
