About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic French Teacher to join GEMS Wellington Academy, Al Khail in Dubai. Teaching at GEMS is a career, not just a job, with access to professional development and potential international mobility. You will work closely with students, parents and the wider school community to foster a love of the French language.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver French lessons for Key Stage 3, 4 and 5.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues and communicate regularly with parents.
Required profile
- B.Ed or subject‑related degree with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience teaching French at Key Stage 3‑5.
- Creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom.
- Ability to share outstanding practice with peers.
Required skills
- IT proficiency.
