About the role
Our Guest Experience Experts deliver memorable experiences, handling check‑in, check‑out and a wide range of guest services throughout their stay at The Ritz‑Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal.
Key responsibilities
- Process guest check‑in and check‑out, handle operational tasks and complete reports.
- Respond to guest requests, provide local area information and ensure a seamless stay.
- Perform physical duties such as moving, lifting and carrying items up to 10 lb without assistance.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, protect assets and uphold quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and perform hands‑on work.
