About the role
The Front Desk Agent (Arabic Speaker) will be the first point of contact for guests at The Ritz‑Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal. This role focuses on creating memorable, seamless experiences from check‑in to check‑out while supporting guests throughout their stay.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver smooth check‑in and check‑out procedures for Arabic‑speaking guests.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and provide local area information.
- Process operational needs, complete reports, and maintain accurate records.
- Uphold safety standards, follow company policies, and protect assets.
- Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, and carrying objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
