About the role
Our Guest Experience Experts at Sheraton in Sharjah create memorable stays by delivering smooth check‑in and check‑out, guiding guests through their entire visit, and ensuring every interaction feels part of the experience.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs and complete required reports.
- Address guest requests promptly and share highlights of the local area.
- Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, procedures and quality standards.
- Uphold professional appearance, uniform standards and clear communication.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling and placing objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
- Fluent Russian speaker; female candidates preferred.
