About the role
Our Guest Experience Experts deliver memorable stays by handling check‑in, check‑out and a wide range of services throughout the guest’s visit. They are empowered to move about the property, address operational needs and ensure guests receive personalized assistance. The role requires maintaining a safe workplace, following company policies, protecting assets and presenting a professional appearance and communication at all times.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs, address guest requests and ensure smooth check‑in/check‑out.
- Complete reports and share highlights of the local area with guests.
- Uphold quality standards and ensure professional uniform and appearance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
- Physical ability to stand, walk and lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
