Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages, maintaining high quality and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized service.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with hotel teams and community partners to enhance guest experiences.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related bartending or beverage service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.

Required skills

• Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology trends.
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
