Front Desk Agent (Russian Speaker)

About the role

The Front Desk Agent (Russian Speaker) will be the first point of contact for guests at Fairmont The Palm, a luxury resort on Palm Jumeirah. The role involves managing arrivals and departures while delivering the Fairmont Service Promise.

Key responsibilities

• Execute guest check‑in and check‑out processes, adhering to all front‑office checklists.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions and gift‑card redemptions accurately.
• Review group resumes, VIP reports and daily business reports.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to expedite room turnover and communicate room readiness to guests.
• Maintain strict control of room keys and manage guest valuables in safe‑deposit boxes.
• Resolve guest complaints or forward them to the manager as needed.
• Promote loyalty and up‑selling programs, and communicate hotel services and promotions.

Required profile

• Fluent Russian language skills with excellent verbal communication.
• Professional appearance, grooming and adherence to uniform policy.
• Ability to follow Accor front‑office and accounting policies.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving attitude.
