Front Desk Agent Russian Speaker

About the role

The Front Desk Agent will be the first point of contact for guests at Fairmont The Palm, delivering the Fairmont Service Promise with a focus on Russian‑speaking guests. This full‑time, onsite position requires a professional appearance and strict adherence to Accor front office standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest arrivals and departures, completing registration and data collection.
• Review group resumes, VIP reports and daily business reports.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, gift‑card redemption and post applicable charges.
• Support the Concierge or Telephone Operator as needed.
• Resolve guest complaints and coordinate with managers.
• Communicate room readiness, coordinate luggage delivery, and work with Housekeeping to expedite turnover.
• Update due‑out and discrepancy reports, post late‑check‑out charges, and perform daily bucket‑check against guest folios.
• Balance cash reports, secure room keys, and manage guest valuables in safe deposit boxes.
• Promote loyalty programs, upsell front‑office services and hotel promotions.

Required profile

• Fluent in Russian and English.
• Professional appearance, uniform compliance and nametag usage.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to handle guest inquiries.
• Attention to detail in cash handling and documentation.
• Ability to work with Housekeeping and other hotel departments.
