Front Desk Supervisor

About the role

The Front Desk Supervisor leads the front desk team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi, ensuring a warm, intuitive and efficient service for every guest. You will oversee daily check‑in and check‑out operations, resolve guest concerns promptly, and collaborate with housekeeping, engineering and other departments to deliver a seamless stay. This role reports directly to the Front Office leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily front desk operations, guaranteeing flawless check‑in, check‑out and guest service delivery.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, strengthening guest relationships.
• Lead, train, support and guide front desk associates to maintain service excellence.
• Monitor room availability, arrivals, departures and VIP arrangements to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with cashiering procedures, guest security protocols and hotel standards.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room status accuracy and timely service.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of front desk experience in a luxury or ultra‑luxury property.
• Ability to stay calm, organized and solutions‑oriented in high‑pressure environments.
• Strong guest‑focused mindset with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Proven leadership skills to train, motivate and support a diverse team.
• Fluent English communication; additional languages are a plus.
